Welcome to DriveBW. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mobile application. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
DriveBW is a driving licence practice and learning application designed to help users prepare for driving licence tests in Botswana. The app provides mock tests simulating real driving exams, section-based quizzes, notes, and answer review tools. This app is intended for educational and practice purposes only.
DriveBW is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any government authority, including the Botswana Department of Road Transport and Safety (DRTS), and is not an official driving test provider. Use of this app does not guarantee success in any official driving test.
Most DriveBW features operate offline using content stored directly on your device.
Free Plan: 1 mock test per month and access limited to Sections 1–4.
Paid Plan: Unlimited mock tests and access to all sections.
Payments and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Store and Apple App Store services.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their app store account settings. Refunds are subject to Google Play Store or Apple App Store policies.
Violation of these Terms may result in restriction or termination of app access.
All content within DriveBW, including questions, notes, images, branding, and design elements, is protected. Some educational materials are inspired by publicly available driving education resources, including work associated with Ingrid Kittmann and Matshwao, but are presented in a transformed and independent educational format. Users may not copy, reproduce, or reuse app content without permission.
While we aim to provide accurate and helpful learning material, DriveBW does not guarantee that all content perfectly reflects official examination standards or real-world driving test conditions.
DriveBW is not responsible for failure to pass any driving test, decisions made based on app content, or any loss or damages resulting from use of the app. Use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.
DriveBW operates primarily offline and does not directly collect or store personal information on external servers. App settings and progress may be stored locally on your device.
DriveBW may rely on platform services such as Google Play Store and Apple App Store for app distribution, subscription processing, and related platform functionality.
DriveBW is an independent educational and practice application. DriveBW is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or connected to the Government of Botswana, the Department of Road Transport and Safety (DRTS), or any other government entity.
DriveBW provides driving licence preparation content for learning and practice purposes only. Users should always refer to official government sources for the most accurate and up-to-date driving licence information.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the app if users violate these Terms or misuse the service.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
